these are National pageant level quality. Bottom layers are made from 1.5" navy polka dot with 5/8" white with red saddle stiching SEWN on. Layer two is VERY special...to immitate our american flag, I used 1.5" red grosgrain, and 2/8" white grosgrain ribbon, and machine stitched 4 ROWS of white stripes. layers 3, 4 and 5 are made from VERY loopy navy and white 3/8" polka dot grosgrain, and 2 layers of 2/8" white grosgrain. Center is red and white 7/8" polka dot and a pretty navy and white polka dot round center accent.
These bows are truly couture quality, and made for an american sweetheart. Our country is SO blessed.
