Complimentary first class shipping is offered as a courtesy for choosing 5th Avenue Bows for orders placed outside our neighboring zip codes of Kingwood/Atascocita as a courtesy for choosing 5th Avenue Bows! Please select 'local pick up' to avoid shipping charges. Should you need to expedite your order, please e-mail for estimated shipping time, or for express mail rates, particularly if you are looking to receive an item near an occasion such as a birthday or holiday. RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our website, CUSTOM items will only be accepted for returns if there has been a misrepresentation of the product, OR we have made an error. Please contact 5th Avenue IMMEDIATELY if you intend to return your item and explain your reason for the return. Your item must be unworn and show no signs of wear or use. We must receive your returned item within one week of your complaint. We do not accept returns on basic hair bows or bowbands.
