Ebook Orders- online orders will receive a secure link to download a pdf copy of the ebook you order within 24-48 hours of purchase. If your book is not delivered within this time frame, you will receive the book for free.

Most of our items are customized in some way for you. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive in the mail. If you need faster service, please email your request to info@fifthavenuebowtique.com; we may be able to meet your needs.
Due to the nature of our website, we do not accept returns on custom clothing unless there has been an error in the description of the product. We do not accept returns on hair accessories. Refunds must be received within 7 business days.
